Help kids in Haiti

Hi, there. I became interested in Grace Children's Hospital through my friend, Ellen L. Palmer, RN, PhD, who has made it her life's mission to help raise the standard of care for children in Haiti. I have personally visited Grace Children's with Ellen (and her merry entourage of nurses), and I can tell you it was a truly inspiring experience. Great work is going on there, despite many hardships (especially recent economic challenges that have sent the cost of food and other provisions skyrocketing in an already very impoverished country).

Despite these challenges, Grace Children's staff is dedicated to serving children and their families, regardless of their ability to pay. Thankfully, International Child Care USA has been there for them for more than 50 years and continues to be a reliable source of income. This is made possible entirely through donations.

Having seen firsthand the good work that is being done there, as well as the grateful look in the eyes of parents and children, I promise you your dollars will go to a great cause. Grace has established itself as a leader in the care of tuberculosis, AIDS and many other diseases and they are a model for other developing countries to emulate. Thanks to Ellen and many other medical professionals who regularly visit and train staff on the latest care, Grace is also becoming well known as an educational resource.
